I want to tell you about a product, Centrum MultiGummies that I have started taking because I know at the age of 56, I need to take multivitamins. I have been taking them for 7 days now and I feel like they may be helping in giving me a little more energy.
I really like the flavors because they aren't too sweet. The gummies are thick and the flavor stays with the gummies while you are chewing them up so that's no problem. I was surprised that the flavor lasted that long! Because there are no artificial sweeteners, dyes or flavors there was no lingering nasty aftertaste either.
Another thing I liked about them is you can take them with OR without food. That choice means convenience to me. And the fact that I have Crohn's and Divercular Disease that is huge! Also, I HAD NO TUMMY ISSUES after taking them!
