A Answered Prayer!
Hello and welcome back!
I'm so happy right now, I feel like I'm just gonna bubble over!
I'm gonna go ahead and let you know that I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in November 2008. Yep, I'm an MS'r. That's really not a bad thing to be called, I'm sure I've been called worse behind my back.
But that day was a day that I definitely lost alot. The worse was losing my independence. It's something I have fought with myself for, for years.... independence! Maybe some of the fight has to do with being a mirror twin to my twin sister, Fay. At least in my teen years it was. So as an adult, I was quite proud of myself for being able to do things by myself and on my own.
Then that day in November, I woke up with a really bad migraine and double vision. After two weeks in the hospital for the Dr.'s to rule out a brain tumor, I was blessed to find out it was MS. I left the hospital with double vision, Optic Neuritis, partial paralysis on my right side, severe pain in my right forearm due to spasms and a host of other problems. Over the course of approximately 3 years, my sight was back to near normal. I gave my vehicle up in February 2009 because I didn't know that my double vision was going to go away or not.
My hubby doesn't drive, we lived right down the road from where he worked. Since then so much has happened!
Anyway, since that day my hopes and prayers have been answered in ways that confirm that there are miracles everywhere! And it really humbles me to know that so many people really loves me.
Three weeks ago a car was given to me by someone who remains anonymous! It is truly a gift of independence!

Today has been one of those kinda weird days. I woke up early feeling great and then a couple of hours later I had to go back to sleep. I woke up 6 hours later, ready to go! So needless to say I will probably be up all night now. Oh well...!
I love to enter sweepstakes on the hope that one day I will win BIG! And I was contemplating on entering a contest that Truvia has going on.
What do you think of my #SweetWarmUp Snowman Scene?
I think it turned out really cute, but there are some really cute enteries on Truvia's Facebook page.
Well, now that I have my fingers going on my own blog I hope that I can take more time to get it going good!
Bear with me while I figure things out, ok?
Until next time, stay blessed!
Kay
